THIS SAM POSTING COVERS AMENDMENTS 2 AND 3
Amendment 0003
a. Revise the SAM.gov combined synopsis and solicitation posting with the following changes:
-- Revise the sentence from "The solicitation closes on Monday, 15 September 2025 at 12:00 pm Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)" to "This solicitation closes on Wednesday, 17 September 2025 at 12:00 pm Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)".
B. Amend Attachment 3 - W9124R-25-Q-A015 - SF 1449 with the following changes
---Extend the solicitation closing date from 15 September 2025 at 12:00PM PDT to 17 September 2025 at 12:00PM PDT.
-- The changes are reflected in Attachment 7 - Solicitation Amendment W9124RQ25A0150003 SF 30. The Offeror shall sign the amendment to acknowledge the changes. Any current or future amendments the Offeror shall sign and include when submitting proposals.
e. Uploaded Attachment 7 - Solicitation Amendment W9124RQ25A0150003 SF 30 to reflect the changes made in the solicitation.
Amendment 0002
The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to:
a. Revise the SAM.gov combined synopsis and solicitation posting with the following changes:
-- Revise the sentence from "The solicitation closes on Tuesday, 09 September 2025 at 12:00 pm Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)" to "This solicitation closes on Monday, 15 September 2025 at 12:00 pm Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)".
b. Post answers to questions posed by vendors seeking clarification.
c. Revise Attachment 1 - PWS to include 5 portable UHSD systems instead of the previous 4 portable UHSD systems as well as to remove the stationary UHSD system in building 3716.
d. Amend Attachment 3 - W9124R-25-Q-A015 - SF 1449 with the following changes
---Extend the solicitation closing date from 09 September 2025 at 12:00PM PDT to 15 September 2025 at 12:00PM PDT.
