• This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a request for proposal and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Yard is conducting Market Research to identify qualified, commercially available sources to provide Ultrasonic Side Scan Testing Services for upcoming vessels scheduled for the U.S. Coast Guard Yard availability. The work consist of providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, planning, and other items necessary to perform Ultrasonic Side Scan Testing services as defined in the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW), except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. This is a non-personal services requirement to provide Ultrasonic Side Scan Testing at the U.S. Coast Guard Shipyard, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD. Performance shall take place on vessels in dry-dock.
