This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services provided in accordance with the format in Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being request and a written solicitation will not be issued. W50S9C-25-Q-A010 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFP) and incorporates provisions and clauses in affect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04.
The Vermont Air National Guard has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for a vendor to provide long-term lodging services for the Vermont Air National Guard as outlined in this solicitation and attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS Code 721110 with size standard $40.0M.

The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of Quotes. It is the vendor-s responsibility to request and receive confirmation of Quote receipt. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted NO LATER THAN 3:00pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) 11 July 2025 to MSgt Kristen Lucey at kristen.lucey.2@us.af.mil. Questions with Answers will be posted no later the 15 July, 5:00 pm. EDT or sooner if possible.
Quotes must be in written form addressing all factors in the 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, of this Solicitation.
