Contractor to perform Underground Fuel Storage Tank Quarterly and Annual Inspections; including Maintenance, Calibration, and Testing of Six (6) Underground Storage Tank Systems, located at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, Detroit, Michigan. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment, reports required.   All work shall be performed to comply with the State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, LARA, Underground Storage Tank Division requirements. All Periodic Inspections of UST systems shall also comply with Petroleum Equipment Institutes recommended practice RP900 national standard. - Documents:
