UNICOR intends to enter into a five year firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for undermount task lights for use in the manufacture of office furniture for the UNICOR factorie in Coleman, FL, Ashland, KY, and Forrest City, AR. The solicitation number is FN1596-25 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal. Delivery date requested is 21 days for each delivery order. Variation in quantity +/-10 %. NAICS CODE IS 335139. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers on a single award basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Federal Correctional Complex, 846 NE 54th Terrace, COLEMAN, FL 33521 ATTN: Peyton Perry (peyton.perry@usdoj.gov). All Proposals should be emailed to peyton.perry@usdoj.gov. The subject of the email should reference FN1596-25. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. References must be for same or similar items, and for the same scope of solicitation. All Offerors must register on www.sam.gov All offerors must acknowledgment all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror or offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: Ability to meet specifications, Past Performance, and Price requirements. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
