- Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Proposals (erfp) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier Who Will Provide Charter Bus Services To The University Of North Georgia (ung) (the State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfp. The University Of North Georgia (¿ung¿) Is Seeking Bids From Qualified Bus Charter Companies To Provide Transportation For Students To Out-of-town Games And Other Events. Other Transportation Services May Also Become A Part Of Any Contract Resulting From This Solicitation. The Intent Is For The Contract To Start On 07/01/2026 With The Possibility For Up To Four (4) Annual Renewal Periods. Ung Intends To Award A Primary And Second Contractor.
