Description:
UNICEF is seeking qualified vendors to provide long-term maintenance, enhancement development, and market support for its Global Giving Platform 2 (GGP2), a next-generation digital donation platform. The platform is built on Optimizely's CMS and Commerce Connect, enabling multi-site, multilingual, and multi-currency online fundraising across global markets. The scope includes ongoing technical maintenance, development of new features, integration with key systems such as Payment Service Providers and Salesforce CRM, and support for onboarding new countries. The objective is to improve donor experience, increase conversion rates, and scale fundraising capabilities. This Long Term Arrangement (LTA) covers up to seven years with an initial term of three years, extendable by two additional two-year periods based on performance. The platform has already launched in the Philippines, with Thailand and Uruguay next in line for rollout.
