The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Benning has a requirement for rental of uniforms for the Nutrition Care Division civilian employees. The Government contemplates to award firm fixed price using basis to an offeror who has determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose price is the lowest price technically acceptable and considered fair and reasonable. If the contractor shows a pattern of not complying with the Statement of Work, the contractor will be terminated. Martin Army Community Hospital, Nutrition Care Division, at Fort Benning requires uniforms, Aprons, lockers and dry-cleaning services. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible. - Documents:
