Description : Through this Supplemental IFB, Information for Bid, DGS will secure multiple award, best value contracts. The Supplier offering the largest discount off the “Retail” price for each stated Manufacturers “Brand” identified in Exhibit 3 Bid Sheet Uniforms and Footwear, who is deemed responsive and responsible, will be issued a contract. Suppliers are required to provide an authorization letter from the manufacturer stating the Supplier is authorized to sell the manufacturer-s specific Brand(s) to the Commonwealth with their electronic bid submission.
