This purpose of this posting is to inform that the 7th Contracting Squadron at Dyess AFB intends to Solicit and Award on a Sole Source basis to MCS of Tampa IAW FAR 13.50(a)(1). This requirement has been identified to meet the criteria that only one responsible source is known to be capable of meeting the governments requirement, as documented on the Attached Justification and Approval.
