This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss St., Saginaw, MI 48602 to identify all sources that are capable of providing Uninterruptible Power Supply Preventative and Emergency Services for the period of February 05, 2025 February 04, 2026, at the discretion of the Government in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of this contract.General IntentionThe intention of this statement of work (SOW) is to obtain on-site maintenance, inspection, testing, battery replacement, technical support and repair for the facilities Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center.General RequirementsContractor shall maintain equipment operation as originally specified by the equipment manufacturer.Contractor shall obtain all licenses, permits, and insurance required to perform all requirements of this Contract without additional expense to the Government. Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
