Solicitation 1333MH25Q0002 is amended as follows:
"Personnel Certification (by Vertiv Group Corp in working on Liebert UPS Systems)" has been DELETED from 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Sep 2023). "The contractor personnel performing all requirements specified in this SOW shall be certified by Vertiv Group Corp in working on Liebert UPS systems" has been DELETED from FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Section 2.2.4 of the Statement of Work (SOW) with the sentence "The Contractor shall perform any manufacturer firmware updates for the UPS and verify operation" has been DELETED from the SOW. Section 4.1 Qualified Personnel of the SOW has been revised. The sentence "Personnel shall be certified by Vertiv Group Corp in working on Liebert UPS systems" has been DELETED from the SOW.
