- Sealed bids for the City of Pacific (hereinafter "Owner") Union Street Sidewalk Improvements, TAP-9901(691), (hereinafter “Project”) will be received by Pacific City Hall, 300 Hoven Drive, Pacific, Missouri 63069, until 10:00 a.m. local time, on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.The Scope of Work includes sidewalk improvements on Union Street within the City of Pacific and provides for concrete sidewalks and ADA ramps, concrete approach, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer improvements, pavement striping, traffic control and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom.
