1. Overview:
This is a solicitation for the requirement, “Electronic Security Systems - Installation and Design-Install.”
The United States Capitol Police (USCP) invites interested vendors to participate in a Pre-proposal Conference to discuss this upcoming procurement. Vendors may request access to the Request for Proposal by following the instructions below.

2. Pre-proposal Conference:

Contractors must first sign in at the lobby and present a valid ID. Due to space limitations, only two individuals per company may attend.
To RSVP, email Linh.Williams@uscp.gov with the following information:
Names and contact information of the individuals (no more than 2) from your company who will be attending; and Executed Non-Disclosure Agreement on behalf of the company if one has not been received (see #3 below, Request for Proposal Access Instructions).Vendors are encouraged to submit questions prior to the Pre-proposal Conference by emailing Linh.Williams@uscp.gov . These questions will help the Government prepare responses and ensure that key issues are addressed during the event.
Attendance at the Pre-proposal Conference is optional and is NOT required to submit a proposal.

3. Request for Proposal (RFP) Access Instructions:
The RFP is available upon request. The RFP is contained on CDs that will be made available to vendors who express an interest in submitting a proposal. All information provided on the CDs will be For Official Use Only (FOUO).
