This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number N0018925Q0204 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-02 (effective 03 January 2025) and DFARS Publication Notice 20250117 (effective 17 January 2025). The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing required services.
