- The City of Palo Alto (City) is seeking proposals from responsible firms for consultant services to conduct a feasibility analysis to form and implement a Property-Based Assessment District to fund University Avenue Streetscape Improvements. The cost to develop the project is approximately $40 million; the City is currently advancing the conceptual plan to a preliminary streetscape design.
