NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

The below notice is prepared in accordance with FAR 5.207(a) addressing 5.207(c)(15), reason for lack of competition:

The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Procurement Center, located at 3901 Adams Avenue, Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia, 23801, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to the University of North Carolina-s Kenan—Flagler Business School-s Executive Development, 300 Kenan Center Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27599 for the Understanding Defense Industry Senior Leader Course. This requirement is classified under North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 611310 Colleges, Universities and Professional Schools, with a size standard of $34.5 million. The Product Code (PSC) is U005 Education/Training - Tuition/registration/Membership Fees. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a one-year base period of performance from April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026 plus four one-year option periods from April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2030.

This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 1901, as prescribed in FAR 13.501(a), Sole Source (including Brand Name).
