UNRESTRICTED Construction Project - Services, Non-Personal for Access Road and Wind Shelter Repair for Eureka NWS per the attached Statement of Work.UNRESTRICTED per FAR Part 13 under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). Firm Fixed-Price contract will be awarded per the Trade-Off criteria in CAR 1352.213-70. See the attached full SF 18 Construction Clauses and Provisions with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award.
