PIEE update 0005 is to transmit the SF-30 (7 pages) for Amendment 0003 of the IFB W912PL25BA007. This is to extend the bid open date, revise section 00 21 00 Instructions, revise section 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders, and attach Documents 1-7 to address RFI inquiries. PIEE update 0004 is for administrative purposes only, any official amendment will be accompanied by an SF30. This is to inform the public of upcoming Amendment 0003 that will include the revised Plan Set and remove all references of bid submission through DoD Safe. Bids may only be submitted through PIEE. PIEE Update 0003 is issued to transmit the SF30 (2 pages) for Amendment 0002 of the IFB W912PL25BA007 to extend the bid opening date. PIEE Update 0002 is issued to transmit the Pre-Bid Site Visit sign-in sheet (1 page) for the IFB W912PL25BA007. PIEE Amendment 0001 is issued to transmit the SF-30 (7 pages) of the IFB W912PL25BA007, this amendment does not extend the proposal date. This is to provide site visit information and update conditions of U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements. Provide all material and labor required to upgrade central chiller plant and DDC controls in Building 5A of the Long Beach VA campus, to comply with the latest codes and VA standards. All construction shall be performed in accordance with drawings and specifications provided by the VA. This project intends to replace the existing chillers, upgrade/refurbish existing cooling towers, upgrade/replace the primary and secondary chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps, related piping and controls, pressure differential Delta P valves in main chilled water lines entering each of the buildings and interface with existing Johnson Controls Metasys System.
