Description:
The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) will receive bids for Project Title (the System). This project will upgrade the existing System with LAN Communication Integration throughout CVG. Reference the spreadsheet attached for all locations. The upgrade is required to interact with CVG existing system, which is SGI Matrix, LLC, with minimal interruption, or completely replace with a new system. This bid also provides for on-call service and maintenance of the system for a 5-year period after the installation of the upgrade is complete.A pre-bid meeting will be held at Pre-Proposal Location on Pre-Proposal Date at Pre-Proposal Time. The deadline for questions is Question Submission Time on Question Submission Date, and answers will be posted no later than Question Response Time on Question Response Date. Bids must be received by Response Submission Date at Response Submission Time. No bids will be accepted after that time unless such date or time is extended pursuant to an addendum issued by KCAB.
