Contractor shall have knowledge of all aspects pertaining to the Solicitation Documents. The SOW and Specifications are written for the upgrades of safety showers and eyewash stations for a USDA lab in Ithaca, NY.
There IS a mandatory site visit to attend. Please see paragraph L.6. Site Visit is on July 9th.
All RFI questions pertaining to this project must be submitted in writing to the POC (david.hildebrand@usda.gov) of this solicitation. Responses to RFI questions will only be posted on sam.gov. To ensure a response, questions must be submitted by 4:00 PM July 17th, 2025. Questions submitted after July 17th until proposals are due may not receive a response. If questions are submitted after July 17th and you were not an attendee of the site visit and therefore would not be technically acceptable for award under Evaluation Factor 1, a response will not be provided. - Documents:
