Solicitation is in accordance with FAR 13.5. RFQ SPE4A8-25-Q-0011. In Accordance With FAR 6.302-1(c)((1)(A); A Portion Of The Procurement Is For Rockwell Automation Inc., Allen -Bradley Division Brand-Name Product Allen-Bradley Processor Hardware Part Number 1756-L81. All OEMs Are Able To Provide The Allen & Bradley Processor Hardware Part Number 1756-L81 which is commercially available and is not exclusive to any overall equipment or engineering service provider. This Brand-Name Allen-Bradley Processor Is For The Procurement of TWO (2) AUTOCLAVES UPGRADES AND GAS CONVERSION (Autoclaves 8FT x 20FT And 15FT x 45FTt) in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 21-30-1208 Dated April 15, 2024. The contractor shall provide TWO (2) AUTOCLAVES UPGRADES AND GAS CONVERSION (Autoclaves 8FT x 20FT And 15FT x 45FTt) that include the following, Training, Technical Data, Installation/Rigging, IUID Tag, and Shipping. Place Of Performance Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) Marine Corp Air Station Cherry Point, NC 28533-5040. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation will be Other Than Full And Open Competition Not Previously Addressed Procedures. FOB at Destination with Inspection at Destination and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 175a shall apply. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 365 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The estimated solicitation issue date is January 31, 2025.
