Abatement of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) within an area of approximately 640 square feet located at 4000 Coast Guard Blvd Portsmouth VA, 23703 as written in the attached Statement of Work.
All bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting bids. All visitors must complete visitor access request form for background check as per military security policy.
