Description : INVITATION TO BID COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY of PENNSYLVANIA - BLOOMSBURG CAMPUSCWU-73-B: Upper Campus Paving - Welsh Circle RoadCommonwealth University - Bloomsburg Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites General Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this Project consists of all work as shown on the drawings and included in the contract documents to mill and repave Welsh Circle Road and repair areas around storm catch basins as shown on the documents. Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University. A mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on March 31, 2025, at 10:00 am at Upper Campus Tennis Court Parking Lot, Bloomsburg, PA 17815.
