The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office issues the subject solicitation for Vault Pumping and Maintenance at the Colorado River Valley Special Recreation Management Area in accordance with FAR 13.105. The solicitation is anticipated to be awarded to one vendor on an all or none basis. The work in question is determined to be commercial in nature and the contract will include terms and conditions for commercial services. The government sets aside this work for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) businesses registered with the Small Business Administration pursuant to FAR 19.14. The government will make award based upon source selection evaluation criteria established at FAR 52.212-2.
