The Columbia-Pacific Northwest (C-PN) Regional Office of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement to renovate a HVAC at the Upper Snake Field River Office located at 470 Roger Avenue, Heyburn, ID 83336. The work will consist of abandoning two existing geothermal wells, installing an air-cooled chiller, gas-fired boiler, direct-digital control system, installing a drain tank beneath existing floor and removing/replacing concrete floor in an out building. This requirement will be advertised as a firm-fixed price, Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 15 procedures. The contract will be administered as a construction contract in accordance with FAR Part 36. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this project is 238220 ¿ Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.0 million. This procurement will be advertised as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Prospective contractors shall be registered and active in the System for Acquisition Management (SAM) in order for their proposal to be considered responsive. The anticipated order of magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
