SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. Source selection will be based on Lowest Price and Technically Acceptable Method (LPTA).
Technical evaluation criteria are as follows:
50kVA; output 40kW for 6-8 min. Input 208V, 3 phase, 4 wire; Output 208V, 3 phase, 4 wire Batteries in separate cabinet to UPS and MBS Any breaker switch must be accessible without opening cabinet Total battery storage must be less than 15 kW-hr Only one input for both UPS and MBS Input and output breakers must be 200A Must have network controller card Brand Name or Equal. All 4 pieces must be of the same brand. Delivery date to not exceed August 15th.
