St., New York, NY 10010 under a single-award firm-fixed price contract. The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on or about August 14, 2025 to be posted to www.SAM.gov. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process.
