Description:
The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the \"WSSC\"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title. Responses are to be submitted via WSSCs eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date. Late responses will not be accepted.Project work includes rehabilitation, repair and replacement services on our water and sewer assets on an as-needed basis. Services shall include but not be limited to repair, rehabilitation, and replacement of water and sewer mains, valves (less than or equal to 30 inches in nominal diameter), valve vaults structures, water and sewer house connections, meter housings, sewer lining, manholes, fire hydrants, curb boxes and stops, cleanouts, and lamp holes, etc. throughout Prince George-s and Montgomery Counties, Maryland. Work shall include, but not be limited to, mobilizing and demobilizing, clearing, and grubbing, tree cutting and pruning, sediment and erosion control, construction of access roads, excavation, obtaining required materials, backfilling, temporary and permanent restoration services, installation of stream stabilization measures, debris removal, pipe protection, and temporary by-pass systems for water supply and sewer repairs. Work sites may include Federal, State, and Local paved and unpaved roadways, environmental areas, and stream railroad or bridge crossings.
