• AMENDMENT TO COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
  This amendment is issued to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
  Purpose of Amendment
  This amendment incorporates additional clauses and the applicable Davis-Bacon Act wage determination for the installation services.
  Extension of Closing Date
  The closing date and time for receipt of quotes is hereby extended to April 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM PST.
  Acknowledgment of Amendment
  Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment as part of their quote submission and confirm that they have reviewed and will comply with all information, requirements, and conditions contained herein. Failure to acknowledge this amendment may result in the quote being deemed non-responsive.
  AMENDMENT TO COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
  This amendment is issued to the combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This amendment clarifies the Government-s previous response to an inquiry pertaining to the number of dental chairs and extends the closing date for receipt of quotes.
  The Government currently operates six (6) dental chairs. The dental vacuum and compressor system requested under this requirement shall be appropriately sized and configured to support the existing six (6) dental chairs and be capable of supporting an expansion to twelve (12) dental chairs.
  Closing Date Extension:
  As a result of this amendment, the closing date and time for receipt of quotes is hereby extended to April 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM PST.
