Description:
The New York District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1700 square feet of usable square feet of commercial office space and parking for four (4) vehicles and located within a one-quarter mile radius of 272 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, New York. The office space must have a secondary egress. Lessor must use the Government form of lease. Additional information regarding this solicitation may be obtained from Stephen Brown at stephen.m.brown@usace.army.mil. Proposals are due not later than 5:00pm December 1, 2025.
Responses should contain a proposed rental amount (to include water/sewer, CAM, real estate taxes, and insurance).
