The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for books in support of the USACE Learning Center (ULC). See attached RFQ Letter, Bill of Materials, Applicable Clauses, and Pricing Template.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation Number is W912DY25Q0015 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein.
In accordance with FAR 19.502-2, this is a total Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
