The Louisville District, US Army Corps of Engineers, is soliciting lease proposals for 7,000-9,500 square feet of rentable, furnished office space in Chicago, IL. Offered space must be furnished, fully serviced, contiguous space able to be built out with security and IT requirements. All proposals must be able to meet qualifications within the attached Request for Lease Proposals package and be willing to accept a one-year lease with four renewable one year terms under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2661.
