Dear Prospective Quoter,The United States State Department has a requirement for contractors to provide an Mercedes Benz 517 CDI - High Roof - 20+1 vehicle. You are invited to submit a quotation.
Scope os Supplies:
Mercedes Benz 517 CDI - High Roof - 20+1 - Sprinter
- Passenger van with a minimum of 15.5 cubic meters of cargo space behind the driver and front passenger seats.
- It should feature additional passenger seats in a 20+1 configuration that are removable.
- Vehicle should feature four wheels on the back axle for added stability, as well as an anti-lock braking (ABS) system.
- The engine should meet or exceed 170 cv / kW in power.
- The quoted price must encompass all costs, including labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation required to deliver the vehicle to the U.S. Consulate in São Paulo, Brazil.
- The price must be quoted in Brazilian Real (BRL).
- Vendors may propose any passenger van model that meets the specified requirements.
- The vehicle must be manufactured for the Brazilian market. It must also be capable of operating efficiently and cleanly with Brazilian S10 diesel fuel or superior.
- Only vehicles from the current model year (2025/2025) will be considered.
Payment method: EFT - Electronic Funds Transfer - Net 30 days after the delivery of vehicle.
Important Note: The government will not handleany import procedures for the vehicle.
Interested parties must have an active SAM registration and provide their UniqueEntity Identifier (UEI) along with their expression of interest.
