- The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), including the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), announces the resumption of normal operations following the conclusion of the federal government lapse in appropriations. All DOE/NNSA offices and sites are open and resuming standard operating procedures.
Contractors are advised that DOE/NNSA contracting activities have resumed. Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs) are available for communications related to contract performance, invoicing, and other contractual matters.
DOE/NNSA contractors should comply with directions from the appropriate Contracting Officer regarding resumption of any remaining operations.
