This is a new requirement. Vender MUST be active in SAM.gov at time of award. Payment will be made via IPP.gov only after the items have been delivered. The pictures attech are for information purposes only and all items are standard over the counter water piping.
Delivery 30 days after award. The award will be made "Best Value" to the government.
