Space must be above the ground floor and be serviced by a minimum of two elevators (one may serve as a freight elevator). Efficient use of space: configuration, size, number and placement of columns will be considered. Normal business hours Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 24/7 HVAC will be required for specific rooms within the leased space. Janitorial services to be performed during normal weekday working hours.
