US GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED RETAIL AND RELATED SPACEThe U.S. Government currently occupies retail and related space in a shoppingcenter under lease in Mansfield, Texas, that will be expiring. TheGovernment is considering alternative space if economically advantageous andis seeking to lease between minimum SF (3,500) and maximum (3,800) SF grosssquare feet of existing Class A or B retail space, in Mansfield, Texas,specifically in Texas zip code (76063) OR delineated area. In making thisdetermination, the Government will consider, among other things, theavailability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government-srequirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such asphysical move costs, replication of tenant improvements andtelecommunication infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
