Space must be located on up to two (2) contiguous floors, unless space is being offered on the ground/first floor for the sole use of security screening and/or mailroom. If the Government-s screening is located on the ground/first floor, at least one elevator must be dedicated for the sole use of the Government.
Space provided must be able to accommodate a live load rating of 100 pounds per square feet for the file room(s) and storage room(s).
Retail buildings will not be considered.
The public entrance to the building must be located more than 300 walkable linear feet from the entrance to a school, church, and drug rehabilitation centers.
24- minimum column spacing is required.
Site must have a loading area with double doors or an overhead door.
The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
