Description
The Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) has a requirement for a technology platform which allows recruiters in the 1st, 4th, 6th, 8th, 9th and 12th Marine Corps Districts (MCDs) to engage with their target market. This capability helps leverage mobile device management capabilities such as text and instant messaging for data collection and lead generation.
