Description
The American Embassy - Brasilia has completed its analysis of the quotations submitted in response to the subject solicitation.
The decision is based on the technical and price factors established in Section 4 of the solicitation.
1. The U.S. Embassy website and The SAM.gov was used to invite firms to participate in the solicitation.
2. The Government received a total of 05 quotations.
3. The contract has been awarded to: BMPC Gestao Saúde
4. The award covers occupational medical labor services for the American Embassy Brasilia and its American Consulates in Brazil. The total price for the basic period from July 01, 2025, until June 30, 2026, is BRL R$ 257,321.76. The total contract price, including the base and all options is BRL R$ 1,286,608.80.
5. The award was made in strict conformance with the award criteria contained in the solicitation. The reasons why you did not receive the award are as follows:
The offer was not the lowest priced to the USG following the factors contained in evaluation section of commercial item solicitation, Section 4.
