This contract is to provide a means of records disposal for MVN campus, located at 7400 Leake Ave, New Orleans LA, 70118. U.S Army Corps of Engineers New Orleans (MVN) requires a Certificate of Destruction for disposal onsite or offsite.
The requirements for the contract are as follows:a. As needed, disposal of record documents, minimum of 20 boxes and maximum of 800, onsite or offsite disposal.b. Documents shall be in a common paper box (14 ¾”L x 12”W x 9 ½” H) ready for pick up by contractor.c. Destruction will be accomplished in accordance with NARA-s CUI Notice 2019-03: Destroying Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in a paper form. - Documents:
