The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District (SPK) requires design-bid-build (DBB) construction services to construct a new single story 9,950 square foot (SF) headquarters (HQ) building at R.L. Schafer Dam and Success Lake in Porterville, California (CA).The project includes demolition and removal of four (4) existing buildings, as well as new metal building construction, grading, utilities, asphaltic concrete paving, sidewalks, curbs, fencing, and landscaping.
