Description
The 10th Contracting Squadron at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) intends to award one firm fixed price contract to a manufacturer or an authorized reseller for one echocardiogram system specified in Attachment 1 - FA700025Q0013 Echocardiogram Salient Characteristics. The software must have a current Authority to Operate (ATO) authorized by Defense Health Agency (DHA) to safely be utilized on DHA networks. See attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation FA700025Q0013 for specific instructions.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote, which if received timely, may be considered.
