The 21st Contracting Squadron is issuing a solicitation for 1 Yamaha Rio 3224 D3 Stageboxes at USAFA, CO. This requirement includes the option to purchase 3 additional units at a later date. The performance requirements must be in accordance with Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics.
Type of Contract and NAICS: The resulting award will be firm-fixed price purchase order and will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service 334310- Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 750 Employees.
Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside.
Registrations: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation.
