AMENDMENT 1
Amendment 1 accomplishes the following:
Extends the due date for quotes to June 23, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time. Adds tariff guidance to Quotation Preparation Instructions, paragraph a. Adds the provision at DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American - Balance of Payments Program Certificate, to the Quotation Preparation Instructions paragraph c and as Attachment 3. Adds guidance for the evaluation of foreign offers to Section III, Evaluation of Quotes. Updates Attachment 2 - Provisions and Clauses Adds Attachment 4 - FAR 52.212-3(b) to supplement the instructions for Contract Documentation. Adds Attachment 5 - Questions (sans answers).
