The USAFA Mobile Serving Counters requirement consists of hot serving counters, cold serving counters, and hot and cold combination serving counters. The USAFA Mobile Serving Counters will serve to support high functioning buffet stations to ensure food safety, keeping food at the appropriate temperatures for serving, while also providing mobility and modular configurations to support changing buffet line needs.
