Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the SOW (v.1.6) to lower the required 1,000 gallon tanks from 11, to 9.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.603(c), and in accordance with FAR Part 13.303, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is for a single award Purchase Order and constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70B03C25Q00000113 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses (including Attachment Two to the solicitation) are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07.
Prospective quoters are required to identify their company-s business size and certify that they hold the applicable NAICS code. To be eligible to submit a quote, prospective quoters must have a valid and up-to-date applicable registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website (www.sam.gov) prior to proposal submission. Prospective quoters not properly registered in SAM at the time of quote submission shall not be considered for award.
Quote submissions must be submitted only by email to Contract Specialist Christopher Shaw at: christopher.j.shaw@cbp.dhs.gov Subject line of the email should read: 70B03C25Q00000113.
Quotation Submission: All Quote pricing must be valid for up to 30 calendar days after close of the solicitation. Interested vendors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Government to respond. Questions must be submitted directly to the proposal submission point of contact as indicated above.
