To allow additional time for the answering of questions received in response to the solicitation, the purpose of Amendment One to Notice ID 20149621 is to extend the quotation submission deadline to Tuesday, 05/27/2025 at 5:00PM ET. An additional amendment providing questions and answers (Q&A) will be issued as soon as possible.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 20149621 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. This requirement is being solicited on an open-market unrestricted (no set-aside) basis. The associated NAICS code for this procurement is 812332 (Industrial Launderers) with a small business size standard of $47.0M.
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Border Patrol (USBP), Tucson Sector (TCA) has a requirement to provide clean functional uniform apparel to personnel who work in environments involving maintenance and fleet services. This contract will be put in place to provide apparel, shop towels, and fender covers as well as the laundry service of each to locations within the Tucson Sector as outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW: solicitation Attachment 1).
