Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 13.302 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70B03C25Q00000146 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07. This requirement is being solicited as an open-market full and open competitive acquisition. The associated NAICS code for this procurement is 926120 - Regulation and Administration of Transportation Programs.

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), United States Border Patrol (USBP), requires a Contractor to provide Vehicle Assessment Services in accordance with the requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) (70B03C25Q00000146 - Attachment One).

The deadline for receipt of proposals for this requirement is: Friday, February 7, 2025, at 1500 Eastern Standard Time (EST). Proposal submissions must be submitted by email only to Contracting Officer Frank Duarte at frank.s.duarte@cbp.dhs.gov Subject line of the email should read: 70B03C25Q00000146 Proposal Submission: USBP Vehicle Assessment Services. All pricing submitted must be valid for up to 30 calendar days after close of the solicitation.

To submit a proposal, prospective quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website at www.sam.gov with an active registration at the time of quote submittal.
